Rules of the Guest House (Dom Gościnny BAJA)

  • During summer season, minimum stay of 7 nights – weekly booking or multiple weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.  If there are vacancies, it is possible to book for a shorter period, but not less than 4 nights and only after confirmation by phone or email .
  • Check-in begins at 16.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 8.30 on the last day of your stay.
  • Advance payment is required
  • Paid money are not refundable in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.
  • Stay at the Guest House BAJA (Dom Gościnny Baja), includes stay at the book room(s), during confirmed dates. Meals are not included.
  • The climate tax is not included in the price of the stay and is additional PLN 2.20 per adult per day. Children, 4 years and older are exempt from the climate tax and blind people.
  • We apologies, but Our guest house is not handicap friendly.
  • Confirmation of the reservation requires 30% advance payment within 3 days from the time of booking, by phone or email.

  • There’s a strict non-smoking policy on premises.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children throughout the premises.
  • All problems and malfunctions must be reported immediately to the host of the facility.
  • On the day of arrival, the guest receives the keys: to the room, the front door, the gate and the remote control for the automatic entrance gate.
  • A refunded deposit of 150 polish zlotych is required for the entry gate’s remote control and the keys by the room for the entire period of your stay.
  • Check-in and check-out of the room takes place in the presence of the host of the facility.
  • Settlement of charges due to any damages caused by guests is required immediately.
  • Animals are not allowed on premises.
